Registration Process
All students must be registered by a parent or guardian. The link below will take you to the registration fee page. Once the form has been completed and submitted, you will be contacted by an instructor of the Greensboro Ballet.
Step 1: Beginning the enrollment process
Before a student can be enrolled, the potential student’s class placement must be determined by a member of the Greensboro Ballet teaching staff. Please contact the Greensboro Ballet office to begin this process.

Step 2: Completing class placement process
Depending upon a student’s age AND/OR level of experience, an evaluation by a teaching staff member may be required. Some students may be asked to visit the studio and take a class to be evaluated by a teaching staff member to help determine which classes are best suited for the student.
Step 3: Registration & Registration Fee
After the student has received his/her recommendation for class, a registration form needs to be completed and submitted along with the required registration fee to guarantee the student’s desired class(es).
The Registration fee is $25 for all students registering by June 15, $30 for all students registering by July 15, and $35 for all students registering July 16 and on.
Upon the receipt of completed registration form and fee, you will be contacted by Greensboro Ballet staff and directed to the Tuition Fee page where you will be given a number of choices regarding your preferred method of tuition payment.
TUITION PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Tuition is paid on a trimester basis or can be paid in its entirety by August 30, 2010. Payment for each trimester is due by the first day of the trimester. The School of Greensboro Ballet will send you a bill before each trimester begins. We will also remind you of tuition due dates in our monthly newsletter “To The Pointe” and on the bulletin board in our hallway. If tuition is over 10 working days late, the student will not be allowed to take or even observe class until the tuition issue is settled. If other payment arrangements need to be made, please communicate with the office.
ENROLLMENT
Enrollment is understood to be for the entire school year, August 30 through May 21 with the goal of completing the syllabus for each student’s level over the 9 month period.
TUITION REFUNDS & CREDIT
Tuition paid to the school is non-refundable. Tuition credits will be consider only in the cases of prolonged absence due to serious injury or illness substantiated by medical documentation.
Trimesters:
1st: August 30 – November 15
2nd: November 16 – February 28
3rd: March 1 ‚ – May 21
DISCOUNT- for families with more than one child enrolled; combine the total number of classes per week for an overall tuition amount.
